The Design
We manufacture in house and install all over the UK, we offer the complete design incorporating the steel calculations and Building Regs applications.
The mezzanine floors are completely free standing constructed from RSJ steel sections supported on steel columns, fitted with steel plates, galvanised purling span between the RSJ at 600mm centres, and are the clad with 38mm t/g particle board.
The Fit Out
We also manufacture steel staircases,cat ladders, sliding gates, up and over gates all types of handrail and kickboards.
Welsh Racking can also install the fire rating, if needed, together with the fit out including all partitioning suspended ceilings, electrics carpeting and plumbing.
